1.0Property did not send access code for me to get into building did not get a code at all rang and texted the contact numbers provided several times no answer !! I did not stay here as no access was gained money has been taken from my account and even now I have had no contact from the company at all. Worse thing is I have stayed here 3 times before and this has never happend so disappointed! And my money has beenn TAKEN

3.0A really lovely place to stay in a great location, for Alexander Stadium.
− Dreadful customer service with no reply to the problems I encountered (even after my stay) including a soaking wet bedroom carpet, a loose toilet seat and tv remote that didn't work, even though I bought new batteries. This is the first time that I've put negative comments after many years of using the site. Booking.com tried their best to discuss with Naps Inn, who just ignore them as well as me. Really disappointed. I've cancelled the next booking I had. I messaged the accommodation many times during my stay and after I left with no acknowledgement at all.

10.0A good location to the city centre
− What I didn't like is .. and they have to change it....arrive at property you have to go upstairs to pick up the parking permit b4 coming to put it in your car...a controller has already issued a ticket and The fact is that I have been booked for parking my car....I have been served a parking charge which I have appealed against...so I am still waiting for their decision...
They cancelled on me with explanation. They said I’d get a refund which I haven’t received. I am inundated with emails f
