Trotz einer bestätigten und bereits bezahlten Reservierung wurde unsere Buchung aufgrund eines Fehlers des Hotels nicht
3.0− Nachdem wir unsere Übernachtung bezahlt und eine Reservierungsbestätigung erhalten hatten, wurden wir telefonisch vom Hotel kontaktiert und darüber informiert, dass aufgrund eines Fehlers doch kein Zimmer mehr verfügbar sei. Anschließend wurden wir aufgefordert, unsere Reservierung selbst zu stornieren. Dies war für uns jedoch nicht akzeptabel, da dabei Stornierungskosten in Höhe des bereits bezahlten Übernachtungspreises 85€ angefallen wären. Aus uns nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen konnte das Hotel die Reservierung offenbar auch nicht selbst stornieren. Nach längerem Hin und Her wurde uns schließlich ein Apartment als Ersatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Dieses war zwar sauber und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, entsprach jedoch weder dem Standard noch der Ausstattung des ursprünglich gebuchten Hotelzimmers. Aus unserer Sicht war der Preis von 85 € für eine Nacht daher nicht gerechtfertigt. Der Umgang mit der Situation sowie die gesamte Abwicklung haben uns enttäuscht. Aus diesem Grund kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

− per la colazione la struttura si affida a un bar vicino, però, solo consente di prendere un cornetto e un cappuccino. una colazione molto mini rispetto ad altre strutture con lo stesso prezzo.
