4.0Frustrante! As instalações, recepção e limpeza do hotel são excelentes, mas não se trata de um 5 estrelas em função do péssimo serviço do restaurante. O restaurante atende muito mal no café do manhã, que incluímos na nossa diária. Chegamos no local do café da manhã e nos colocaram numa mesa do lado de fora. Nesse dia estava uma ventania extremamente forte, e alguns copos foram quebrados pelo vento. Pedimos para ficar na parte interna do restaurante (nesse dia recebemos um alerta no celular de ventos fortes), mas foi proibido. Não fomos informados sobre nada do café, mas percebemos algumas pessoas se movimentando para o local onde se serviriam. Fomos lá e nos servimos, mas num nível bem abaixo do que esperávamos de um 5 estrelas. Foi servida uma dose pequena de café na xícara, mas estava frio. Reservamos o restaurante para a noite, mas foi muito decepcionante. Nós colocaram numa mesa do lado externo novamente, quando se aproximou um garçom dizendo que iria explicar o menu, mas logo em seguida saiu para atender outra mesa e não voltou mais. O menu é incompatível com um restaurante estrelado, muito abaixo do que esperávamos; atendimento péssimo, tivemos ainda que pedir novamente para servir o vinho que viria harmonizado, que na verdade veio somente sob nossa demanda insistente. Certamente não recomendamos e não voltaremos.
