− Lounge room tv is in a bad spot
Location was great. Views from room also great. Cleanliness wasn’t up to standard, particularly for a penthouse and nigh
5.0Location. Close proximity to beach and local restaurants. Nice pool area.
− The property floors were dirty. Floors didn’t seem to have been vacuumed and mopped prior to arrival. Dust under all the beds. Balcony door didn’t lock properly. Cockroach in the kitchen. Property manager was rude and abrupt when I politely brought this to her attention rather than apologetic that it wasn’t up to standard.
The apartment is above average to stay if it was cleaned properly and toilet fixed
3.0The view was nice and the apartment was quiet
− Running toilet in ensuite the whole time which was noisy and I was forced to sleep on the lounge to get any sleep. No dishcloths under sink to was up and wipe benches. Dirty hand towel in bathroom cupboard (still there). Fake fingernail in bedroom. Clump of blonde hair wrapped around shower tap. Dirty stain on throw rug at the end of bed No blinds or curtains on windows in kitchen area Back sliding door does not lock

− Small things - no tissues supplied and a trickling toilet in ensuite (only intermittently).
Position Perfect.
9.0The location was perfect. The apartment was room and clean. Easy to negotiate lifts and parking.
− Both bathroom vanities were useless. Two sinks jammed onto a bench that left no room for makeup or grooming items to be used we had to sit everything on the floor.
