Impressive, well equipped property with unbeatable views

Wonderful stay! We were met at the airport and were driven to the property. Valeria handed us the keys, gave us instructions for the buggy and showed us how to enter the property. Valeria also helped with our bags. We were also taken back to the airport on departure and given longer time at the property as we had a later flight. The property is beautiful and located on the quieter part of the island. The beds were very comfortable and the property is spacious and well equipped. You can’t beat the view from the massive, private balcony. The lounge area is comfortable and roomy. Each room had a tv, ceiling fans and air conditioning. It has everything you could need. We loved staying here.

− Hard to fault this impressive property. The wifi connection is slow, but that is more of an island wide issue, not just the property.

The view from the balcony is amazing. Also the place is very peaceful and private.

− Second bedroom didn't have that much space even the bed can be adjustable for 4. And the adjust bed didn't complete by bedsheet and pillowcase.

We loved the location of this spacious apartment.

Location is fantastic. Very quiet and beautiful area. The golf buggy was necessary and we loved having it as part of the package. . Apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The rooms were all nice and big with amazing views.

− The WiFi in the apartment is poor. On the surface the apartment looks clean but it needs a deep clean. The mosquito screen at the windows, net curtains, air con units and fans were dirty. There was a musty smell in all the carpeted areas. Better to have hard flooring which can be cleaned thoroughly.

Unique location and view let down by poor maintenance.

The location of the property is second to none. The view from the balcony is exceptional and more than a 10!

− The property was dirty: dirty towels, cutlery, pans, oven, toilet, bbq + no gas at bbq. The pickup at airport was great (albeit in old van without air con). However, the checkout coordination was poor. Pickup was at 10, boarding at 2pm and airport 5 mins away. There was no place to store luggage. I understand that property has to be prepared for next guests, but when the property requested our flight info 3 months ago, we expected much better buffer solution.
