10.0Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre ville, parking public à proximité . La décoration est vintage chic. Le petit déjeuner complet et servi dans une salle style bistrot. Hôtel complètement automatisé, ce qui peut être perturbant . L’ascenseur est en fait une capsule étroite qui peut également surprendre.

2.0Check-in and room keys only with smartphone.. It's too complicated and the help is very poor. You are dependent on having internet connection and a smartphone. Even though it's a double room, there is only one chair. They say city view but there is a view of a backyard. There is no door to the shower room. Nicely located in the old town, but there are no parking options nearby, so only use the hotel if you don't have a car. The room is small and hard stairs to climb..

10.0Sparkling clean room. Fab location with lovely view from the balcony. Super comfy bed and duvet. Nice breakfast. The best thing about Hotel Present Encore Mieux is the staff. They really do care about their guests and are incredibly kind and super responsive to guests. The nicest staff I've met in all my travels. This is a unique place to stay and I recommend without hesitation.

6.0À déconseiller la chambre 100 située en rez-de-chaussée partagé avec un bar restaurant qui ferme à 24:30. Après, calme assuré. Salle de bains très spacieuse.
Can be good if some things fixed
8.0Very good location , access easy, left luggage good , room nice but a few things need sorting out . Bathroom hand basin doesn't drain even the over spill hole doesn't work. Door lock doesnt work so was scary for me. I couldn't make the coffee maker work. Breakfast at cafe next door worked well.
