A deeply disappointing stay - misleading booking (potential scam) and poor hygiene
2.0I booked a Deluxe Double Room via Booking.com, but upon arrival the hotel informed me that no such rooms were available unless I paid an additional €150. I felt pressured to accept this surcharge just to get the type of room I had already booked. Browsing through the reviews I realized I am not the only who have been in this situation. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was not clean (stains on the carpet and windows), and I even found cockroaches — I have photos as proof. Despite reporting this to reception, the cleaning service never came unless I asked every single day. Overall, I felt misled by the booking information, overcharged, and extremely disappointed by the cleanliness and service. I sincerely hope Booking.com and the hotel review their standards to prevent this happening to other guests.

8.0The hotel was nice. The only downside of this property was they entered and cleaned the room while we had a do not disturb sign on. But other than that, the hotel was really clean and the gym had good views. The staff was helpful at front desk as well
