1.0The prices was good, but...
− I made a prepaid booking through your platform, but when I arrived at the property, the receptionist instead of checking me in called the manager and gave me the phone. During this phone call the managet demanded additional charges that weren't specified on the property page. I explained that I had already paid through Booking.com, but he refused to check me in without paying these extra fees. Consequently, I was forced to find alternative accommodation. Despite the situation, the property has not refunded the payment for the booking. This appears to be highly unprofessional and possibly fraudulent behavior. Also, I noticed a couple more properties with the same price on this street. I think this is the same organization.
