9.0The location is beautiful. It has great views and is close enough to catch a taxi into kuta but far enough away from the crowds
− The rooftop bar creates a lot of noise with their love music until 1030. If you're an early sleeper you will need to use the ear plugs provided.

− Although we enjoyed the rooftop bar, they have live music every night & it was very loud of you wanted to be sleep before 10.30pm. We were on level 8 so directly below it, next time we would book a lower level.

− Fica em frente aos restaurantes cujo fumo e cheiro a comida dos grelhados é uma constante. Rua muito suja ao lado. Os funcionários tem um nível de inglês muito baixo, muito dificil entendê-los e comunicar com eles. Não arranjam soluções imediatas, passam as questões de uns para os outros, o que demora tempo a resolver qualquer questão ou pedido. Atendimento no restaurante e no bar muito lento, muito tempo até o pedido mais básico ( um chá e um bolo) a vir para a mesa. A piscina nem sequer tinha funcionários para servir bebida ou recolher toalhas no periodo da tarde. Não colocam consumiveis nas WC para troca quando necessário ( apenas um rolo de papel em cada limpeza), e nunca colocam uma toalha de banho a mais. Psicina exterior pouco profunda ( 1,50 de profundidade) e muito pequena e com poucas cadeiras. Ficamos num quarto por debaixo do restaurante do piso superior ( rooftop) e ouviamos a música ao vivo até depois das 12 PM, e depois toda a limpeza do espaço com arrastar de mesas e cadeiras que se seguiu após fechar o espaço de referições e bar
