10.0Todo el personal súper amable y nos ayudaron en todo momento. Incluso nos dejaron salir más tarde ya que teníamos el transfer con ellos. Incluso por hacernos del club del hotel, conseguimos descuentos en tratamientos, bar y otros.
− Estaría bien que el hotel tuviera alguna piscina o spa interior para los días de lluvia pero recomendación para futuras rehabilitación

10.0Sehr schöne neue Zimmer. Qualität vom Essen sehr gut. Fruhstücksbuffet wirklich sehr vielfältig. Für kinder immer wieder neue Sachen wie z.b. zuckerwattestände, donuts usw... Mitarbeiter wirklich ausnahmslos freundlich und hilfsbereit. Shuttle zu den fähren praktisch.

9.0Modern, good-value hotel just 20min from the BBT ferry terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff, huge gym space and great spa.
− The pool is too shallow for an adult to do any proper swimming.

Stunning Beachfront with the Oceanfront Pool Villa where we stayed was pure bliss. The entire staff went above and beyond, every team member was genuinely warm, welcoming and anticipated our every need with a smile. Every meal was beautifully presented, packed with vibrant flavors and made with the freshest ingredients. Thank you to the Chef and the whole team for a magical stay. We cannot wait to return!
