1.0Hotel was filthy with blood stains on the couch and dirt everywhere with broken amenities
− The entire experience was a waste of money
Failed to meet basic human rights standards - no water.
1.0Close to train station was handy.
− The property had no water during our stay. No flushing toilet. Reception staff were not helpful. We were told to call back the manager after we checked out. We still have not received any money back or an apology. No one has made contact to discuss the matter.

− No internet No bins No plates No locks for door inside room No glasses provided for the charged price and moreover I check-in very late still they got no time to do these all above look's alike got me room straight after other checkout
Short notice, one night stay.
9.0The room itself was fabulous. Clean, well appointed and bigger than expected. Onsight, secure parking was/is very important to us, this apartment/hotel had great parking. (Our very large Ranger fit in the carpark) The staff were very helpful and friendly. The views were spectacular. It's close to the heart of Footscray. Walking distance to trains, market and shopping. There is a lovely Vietnamese restaurant and a convenience/Cafe shop attached to the building. We will definitely be keeping Liberty One in mind for our next stay in Footscray. We highly recommend it.
− The key fob for the lift and carpark was fine. The code to get into the room in all honestly, was a headache. A simplified system would have been far less stressful. Perhaps, some better signage at the door to the reception would be helpful.
