9.0Room was clean and comfortable. House overall was very nice. Slight issue checking in but was sorted out very quickly.
− Nowhere to hang towels or clothing in the room. Even a few hooks would help. Door locks could do with a bit of oil

− House was freezing cold which made it an uncomfortable stay. Kitchen floor was dirty and a used bandaid on the ground.
