Overall happy and satisfied.
9.0House was clean when we enter. Near to Narre Warren Train station but it’s not a walking distance. Overall I’m happy and will definitely return.
− Drawers and underneath sofa cushion was dirty when checked-in. Not enough trash bag, floor mat and hand towels.

10.0Beautiful property conveniently located in the city of Casey. Large enough for the whole family, and clean and tidy. Beds were so so comfortable! Had everything we needed and would definitely stay again!

Okay but needs improving
6.0Location and generally okay but given the daily rate I think more attention to detail is needed. Kitchen had plenty of china and Cutlery 9. Quick response when I asked for.replacement iron
− 1. Nowhere to hang towels in 2 of the 3 bathrooms 2. Very noisy and echoey in the living area 3. No top sheet on the beds making it too hot to sleep 4. Aircon unable to be adjusted from hot to cold 5. Lock box in unsuitable area. When keys and fob located in the box they were wet and garage fob did not work. Advised of same but no offer.to arrange replacement 6. Kept getting emails for my dvrs license for ID even though I had sent it via email. Then refused to provide access until second person provided theirs
