9.0The location is just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to explore the area on foot. What truly sets this place apart is its exceptional hospitality. Every member of the team was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. A very special thank you to Ms. Ha Giang for her outstanding service throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. Despite the unforeseen challenges we encountered, she handled every situation with professionalism, patience, and genuine care, making us feel truly valued as guests. I would also like to thank the team for beautifully decorating our room for my wife’s birthday. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration even more special. Their attention to detail and heartfelt hospitality created memories that we will always cherish. Thank you once again to Ms. Ha Giang and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hoi An.
