2.0The room extremely dirty. When I first entered the room, they had not even cleaned it yet. There were no pillowcases on the pillows, and when I asked they said the pillows didn’t need them. The shower drain was also clogged and when i called reception, they said they would send someone up but after hours of waiting, no one came. I booked three rooms, requesting that each room had two queen beds, but when I received the rooms only two rooms had the queen beds and the other had two single beds. Very disappointed with the service and the dirtiness of the rooms.

8.0If you book for a condotel, be aware that the parking is not covered. Therefore, you will have to pay extra for day parking plus overnight parking.
