− The air conditioner did not work, it felt like we were choking in the room, I checked in at 5 pm and checked out at 7 pm but the manager only refunded 1 day's worth of stay out of the 2 nights. He also had very strict rules mentioned which were beyond the hospitality industry.

− Queen Room was very small with no window. Like being in a box. Very basic. Nowhere for luggage so it had to stay on the floor and be stepped over everytime you walked to the door or bathroom. Penny pinching- even charged for the water in the room.
