Étape d’une nuit. L’hôtel est facile à trouver avec possibilité de parking devant la porte. Il est préférable de se rapprocher de la ville en voiture pour visiter le centre et de se garer à la périphérie.

only for 50 Euros you'll have big room with river view, good restaurant, parking and friendly hosts. the place is very clean and comfort We came late - called to owner and he waited for us, although the reception shoulb be closed this time

A fantastic low cost Hotel

In the beautiful village of Monção (north-western part of Portugal - boarder Galicia - Spain) you may stay at Dom Afonso, the low-cost Hotel, facing the Park and the River Minho. The high standard of the accommodation, assisted by professional and obliging staff, will make your stay very pleasant. You must have, at least, a meal at the D.Maria Restaurant, the Hotel's Restaurant with large windows and simple but very nice decoration, is in fact very good. The food, Portuguese Regional cusine, is fantastic and once again, here the Staff will make you feel like the most important guest. The wine list is with the prodominance of the "Alvarinho" green wines, a typical wine of Monção's Region and unique in the world.
