8.0I really appreciated the complimentary upgrade to an Executive Room. The room was modern, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the breakfast room is beautiful. Most of the staff were friendly, professional and welcoming.
− After arriving tired from a long journey, I was disappointed to find the rooftop pool completely full, with no available sunbeds or even a place to sit. The €15 daily charge for the spa also feels excessive for hotel guests staying at a 5-star property. I was also surprised by the €50 credit card deposit at check-in, as this was not clearly communicated before arrival. In addition, the Marriott TV streaming service did not work because the QR code and website were unavailable. Finally, the staff member at the pool reception was noticeably less friendly than the rest of the team.

10.0Hotel bellissimo. Staff gentilissimo, stanza silenziosa e accogliente. Solo il bagno un po’ piccino ma comunque splendido. Colazione eccellente. Posizione a 2 minuti a piedi da una fermata della metro, in due fermate sei in pieno centro. Perfetta!
