7.0La maison est grande et bien agencée pour 5 à 6 personnes. Les espaces extérieurs sont agréables. La vue est impressionnante.
− La maison mériterait un rafraîchissement des peintures et un travail sur l’humidité ambiante très présente. Les placards des chambres et de la cuisine sentent fortement le renfermé. De très nombreuses traces d’humidité et de salpêtre sont présentes sur les murs, les plafonds, l’intérieur des placards. C’est dommage. Il faut créer des aérations au niveau des fenêtres ; de l’eau liée à la condensation coulait le long et sous les fenêtres par manque de grilles d’aération intégrées. Pourtant nous avons aéré constamment les pièces en journée.
