− Personnel peu accueillant, espaces (chambre et piscine) moins attrayants que sur les photos, avec un manque de finitions et un équipement dans la chambre qui ne correspond pas au standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles. Certains équipements étaient en mauvais état, notamment la douche qui était cassée. L’eau de la piscine est froide et l’espace piscine est assez petit, ce qui le rend rapidement bondé.

9.0Wonderful and calm property located near Comporta. My husband and I stayed for 5 nights on our honeymoon and loved it. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful details in our room made us feel very welcome. We especially appreciated the locally sourced décor and little extras like ponchos and yoga mats for morning stretches on the terrace. The rooms are quiet and private, perfect for unwinding.
− Just a couple of tips: If you’re staying longer and want to enjoy more quiet time by the pool, it’s worth booking a villa with private pool access, as the shared area fills up quickly during peak season and holidays. A small gym or a bit more equipment would also be a nice addition for days when the weather is not so great.
