− Poca insonorización, aun estando con la ventana cerrada se escuchaba mucho ruido de gente hablando y gente de copas, en la habitación mas pequeña, demasiado calor ya que también carecia de ventana y ventilación.

7.0Appartement très bien situé en plein centre, spacieux et confortable. Les 2 salles de bain sont très appréciables. Equipement complet pour la cuisine.
− pour un appartement pour 7 ou 8 personnes il n'y a que 6 chaises pour les repas, c'est dommage. Appartement assez mal insonorisé, on entend beaucoup le voisinage (télé, chien qui aboie à toute heure de la nuit) et les personnes très bruyantes dans la rue en pleine nuit.
