Luxe hotel in een leuk stadje

De ligging is perfect, midden in Tomar. We konden de huurauto makkelijk parkeren op de eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats voor €10,00 per dag. De kamer was comfortabel, schoon en we hadden een klein balkonnetje aan de voorzijde. Leuk om de voorbijkomende drukte te bekijken en als je de deuren sloot hoorde je niets meer van de drukte, dus dat was perfect. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, evenals het zwembad met prachtig uitzicht op een tuin en de rivier. De staff is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is in 2023 gerenoveerd en dat zie je goed. Echt prachtig! Voor ons was Tomar een fijne tussenstop tijdens onze flydrive vanuit Porto, Dourovallei, Coimbra op weg naar Lissabon. Naast een bezoek aan het stadje en de Convento do Cristo, hebben we ook lekker gerelaxt aan het zwembad.

− Als we iets moeten benoemen dan geven we als tip om grotere en dikkere badhanddoeken voor het zwembad te geven. Deze waren wat klein en dun. Maar het is slechts een tip, hoor.
