10.0Wspaniały, przestronny i znakomicie wyposażony obiekt. Idealny dla dwóch par - każdy może czuć się komfortowo, w szczególności dzięki osobnym łazienkom. Dom jest zadbany i zaopiekowany przez ekipę sprzątającą. Kontakt z zarządcami domu bez jakichkolwiek zarzutów - odpowiadali na nasze zapytania błyskawicznie i eliminując wszelkie wątpliwości. Z okien domu roztacza się piękny widok, a dom otoczony jest przemiłym sąsiedztwem (nieprzerwanie, serdecznie pozdrawiamy Pana od kotów!). Naprawdę szczerze polecamy, znakomity stosunek jakości do ceny!
− Trzeba być świadomym, że wjazd na podjazd dedykowany jest wyćwiczonym kierowcom (ale to jak większość dróg i podjazdów na Maderze), a na parterze zbiera się zapach kanalizacji. Dodatkowo, w chłodniejsze dni, czuć w domu zimno, jednak lokatorzy znajdą tam grzejniki elektryczne i koce.

6.0− Wir haben Weihnachten dort verbracht. Es gab leider keine Weihnachtsdekoration oder ein Weihnachtsbaum! Sehr schade. Ich kenne es anders auf Madeira! Es gebe noch vieles zu bemängeln... Uns hat es nicht gut gefallen. Aber jeder Mensch empfindet anders!!
