1.0Nichts, wir waren nicht dort, weil wir keine Informationen zum Check-in bekamen und niemand erreichbar war.
− Eine Woche vorher wurde uns die Bezahlung von der Kreditkarte abgebucht. Am Tag der Anreise haben wir dann niemanden erreicht, schlussendlich haben wir in Absprache mit Booking eine andere Unterkunft gefunden.
