8.0Loved the location and the beautifully presented rooms. Check in remotely was easy.
− Booking.com need to be clearer when booking 2 rooms. I had booked 2 rooms with 2 people in each room whereas my confirmed booking which I did not notice at the time was for 2 rooms, but (one person in each room). This has happened again in another booking.com reservation and I'm wondering if this is a deliberate tactic. Our host only had us in for 1 person per room and were made to pay an additional Euro 20.00 per person per night for the extra towels. The tea and coffee available was very limited and not replenished. Thie could be improved. Otherwise, we would highly recommend staying here.

10.0La ubicación, decoración y buena predisposición por parte del personal en resolver un pequeño inconveniente que hubo con el lugar asignado para nuestro desayuno que rápidamente resolvieron asignándonos otro lugar para desayunar. Asimismo, fueron muy amables permitiendo dejar nuestro equipaje luego del check out. Simplemente gracias!!!

− C’è una lunga rampa di scale per accedere alla struttura di cui non si parla. La camera è circondata da mura vicinissime alle finestre, provviste di motori rumorosi per l’aria condizionata molto fastidiosi. Non mi era stato detto che il taxi arrivasse proprio vicino alla struttura, per cui all’andata l’ho fatta tutta a piedi dagli aliscafi.

10.0Upon arrival with my 87 year old mother, the room only had a king bed and no other sleeping options, Lorena quickly remedied the situation with another room with perfect arrangements. Fantastic room, spacious, clean, new and very well appointed... easily the best room that we had the entire holiday over 6 weeks.
− Arrival was a little difficult, signage wasnt the best, very small next to larger signs, it took at least 30 min to actually find the right place. Not a negative but worth mentioning. Also, in todays world, we are very electronic and Lorena uses that to her ease and convenience, which is great, However, we did enjoy meeting the other hosts at the places that we stayed at, While not a negative, I think there is a missed opportunity to really create something special in person.
