5.0The location was perfect.
− The staff was rude. My room had dirty bedding that still had someone else hair all in the sheets. We had to ask housekeeping for trash bags, had to go down to the lobby area ourselves to get the trash bags. When I asked the receptionist why housekeeping does not knock on the current residents door to see if they need anything. That’s when the receptionist started getting loud and rude with me. That’s was after I had already called & she was rude in the phone as well.
