− I chose non smoking room but room was very smelly. Staffs said all rooms are occupied. But I know that there are some rooms are available... Finally they used some machine to remove odour but I wanted to change rooms.

− 従業員(男性)の対応が今ひとつ。チェックインして部屋に入るとまだ清掃されておらず、「少し待て」と言われた。普通は別の部屋を直ぐに用意するはず。チェックインをして、フロントに戻るのは本当に嫌なことをまずは理解して欲しい。
