1.0La literie confortable
− L’arrogance et le mépris de l’agence Homing Algarve qui gère le bien. Les photos qui ne sont pas contractuelles et les équipements manquants comme les canapés extérieurs. Les personnes qui rentrent dans la maison sans vous prévenir. Le voisin qui vient vous voir des votre arrivée pour vous « prévenir » qu’il va vous surveiller tout le long du séjour. Et pour finir le manque d’hygiène et de propreté : les savons des anciens locataires encore présents et surprise du chef un préservatif usagé dans le jardin. Aucun geste commercial de l’agence qui nous a manqué de respect lors de nos échanges. Leur ton a changé lorsque nous avons menace de joindre la maison mère à Lisbonne. Mais nous n’avons jamais eu d’excuses. C’est pitoyable! J’espère que les propriétaires (français) liront ce commentaire et prendront leurs responsabilités car leur bien a un vrai potentiel.
Worst stay we have ever had
1.0Location suited us
− On arrival to the property we noticed that there was no hot water or heating. We had a young baby so this was very stressful. We contacted the agency who were very unhelpful and rude. Although someone came out, it took 24 hours for them to fix it, and it wasn’t actually fixed. The person who came to fix the heating, drilled into the boiler and left plastic all over our baby bottles, with no attempt to clean up after themselves. There was only 1 tea towel. No tablets for the dishwasher. No tablets/liquid for the washing machine. No instructions of how to work the appliances so we couldn’t use the dishwasher as all the setting labels on the machine had worn off. The house was dirty and dusty, no lampshades down stairs. The clothes horse was broken and could barely stand. The pool tiles were damaged. Although we received our deposit back, it was large and took 14 days. Worst stay ever, will not recommend to anyone.
