We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was perfectly organized, and the location was excellent and well connected to the city centre. Laura was an exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful host. Her recommendations were very useful and made our stay even more enjoyable.

We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

We stayed at Comfort Accommodation Room for four nights (30 June – 4 July), and we can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. We had a pleasant surprise right from the start – thanks to Laura's kindness, we were able to check in more than two hours earlier than the standard check-in time, which was a huge convenience after our early morning flight. Laura is an incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming host. She speaks excellent English and made us feel at home from the very first moment. After our arrival, she also sent us plenty of useful recommendations via WhatsApp, including information about public transport, restaurants, and the best places to do grocery shopping. We stayed in the Luxury Triple Room, which, together with the private bathroom, was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was equipped with a comfortable walk-in shower and a bidet. Our room also had access to a long, narrow balcony where we enjoyed having our morning coffee while watching the street come to life. Although the balcony is shared with the neighbouring room, it never caused us any inconvenience. Another great feature is the well-organised shared kitchen. Each room has its own dining table and a designated space in the refrigerator. Guests can also use a washing machine, kettle, capsule coffee machine, traditional Italian moka pot, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, and all the basic kitchen utensils. It is clear that every detail has been thoughtfully arranged with guests' comfort in mind. The location worked perfectly for us. There is a bus stop just a two-minute walk away, with convenient connections to both Bergamo railway station and Città Alta. A well-stocked Carrefour supermarket and an MD discount store are also within a 10-minute walk, making everyday shopping quick and easy. What impressed us the most was Laura's genuine care for her guests and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the property.

Bezproblemowy dojazd z lotniska BGY. Autobus nr 1, autobus nr 8 i wysiadamy na przeciw Comfort accomodation. Właścicielka przemiła . Można liczyć na pomoc o każdej godzinie . Laura pomyślała o wszystkich niezbędnych przyborach do życia i nietylko . Czuliśmy się, jak w domu. Polecamy i dziękujemy

Todo limpio, ordenado, una zona tranquila y se llega bien en autobús desde la estación central. La anfitriona super amable en todo momento y nos dió muy buenas indicaciones y recomendaciones.

Komfortowy pokój w świetnej lokalizacji, kuchnia dobrze wyposażona :) cudowna, pomocna właścicielka Laura od której otrzymaliśmy różne wskazówki oraz punkty warte zobaczenia w Bergamo. Nie musieliśmy się również martwić o taksówkę przy bardzo wczesnym wylocie ponieważ zamówiła ją dla nas gdy kilka opcji rezerwacji poprzez aplikację zawiodło właśnie ze względu na wczesny wylot.
