5.0− Стройка рядом отелем,завтраки никакие ,да и в целом еда в отеле не очень.Персонал прям ленивый,ощущение,что нет контроля со стороны руководства.Помещение, где находится ресторан было закрыто,кормили на улице.
THE BEST!
10.0We had such an amazing time! The location is perfect for the waves, beautiful beach, the pool is amazing and the restaurant is surrounded by gorgeous views. The food was delicious and rooms were spacious. The staff made the trip! All so attentive, kind and caring especially with the kids! Thank you Aysa, Ayunda, Wardah, Morgan, Agus and Willy!!!! We also got to scuba dive with a great team, great equipment and the best vibes! They even set up tables on the beach for us to have dinner and set up bonfires. So thoughtful and special! We will be there next year ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent stay
10.0I wish I could have stayed longer this place was such a good find. The only resort on Moro Bay which ended up being the pick of the beaches. There was plenty to do with 3 surf spots to choose from and a calm bay with crystal clear water for swimming or learning to dive with the help of resort staff. The pool is huge and close to the beach with plenty of daybeds. The bar had a great selection of drinks, the Mai tai and Margarita were very well done and the food served at the restaurant was the best I found in Kertasari be sure to try the steak and ceviche. Will definitely be returning.
Ok stay for a few days but ffod get boring after a few days and there is nothing else around.
8.0Very friendly staff that spoke English well. There is great and very varied coral just in front of the hotel about 100 m out I.e. getting past the low-tide exposed zone to and beyond where the surfers spend the morning. The included breakfast was large but could have benefited from further options as e.g crepes or pancakes. The mango puré was terrible both in the juice and in the mango bowl for breakfast. Juices needed a lot of sugar to be drinkable but it could not save the bad taste of the unripe mango puré. In general a juice should not be watered down and should be made from ripe fruit.
− Very expensive rooms and very expensive activities provided. The snorkeling tour was not great for us. The water was not clear and the depth was too deep to properly enjoy the coral. Too few food options for lunch and dinner and nothing is authentic Indonesian.
Nice hotel in Kertasari
9.0Beautiful hotel in Kertasari - everything was very well run, very easy. Food was excellent. Beautiful beach. Very quiet. Shout out to staff member Asya for going above and beyond.
− The location is a little isolated, so not a lot to do unless you are a diver (the conditions weren't good for snorkelling during my stay). I took advantage of the downtime to swim, read and walk on the beach, so definitely still positive.
The price-performance ratio at this accommodation is completely off.
3.0Friendly staff, good breakfast
− I'm writing this review with mixed feelings, as the staff was very friendly and helpful. The extensive and delicious breakfast was also a positive point. Unfortunately, everything else was not so positive. We were traveling with a group and had booked eight rooms for five nights. The deluxe rooms were nothing special, but okay. The standard rooms have no windows. Upon entering, you're met with a strong smell of concrete. It feels like being in a concrete cave. The air can't circulate. The bathroom also has no natural light or fresh air. Even the shelves and the bed are made of concrete. The mattress rests directly on a concrete base. There's no refrigerator in the room, and this at a price of approximately $100 USD per night. None of the rooms have Wi-Fi, and there's no signal for the handphone. The owner said this is part of their concept. However, this isn't mentioned on the website. Some people need to be reachable even on vacation, whether for work or family reasons. There's also no shower next to the toilet for hygiene, which is common in Indonesia. Hello dear owner, we are still in Indonesia. Indonesian guests don't seem to want to miss out on this detail. It's bordering on discrimination. The owner didn't speak a single word to us during our stay, even though she was often sitting right next to us at the table. No warm welcome, no "how are you," absolutely nothing. The beach directly in front of the accommodation is full of plastic. The hotel staff could clean it up, just like other resorts do. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first day. The food was tasty, but the portions were very small. No one in our group was satisfied. There are better options nearby. The price-performance ratio at this accommodation is completely off. I have lived in Indonesia for a very long time and travel through this beautiful country for several months every year.
