10.0La rapidez por solucionar un problema al llegar al apartamento, compensandonos con un apartamento superior que tenía unas vistas inmejorables. El aparcamiento sin tener que pagar.
− Al llegar, el apartamento que nos habían asignado estaba ocupado y fueron momentos tensos con el otro huésped, pero lo solucionaron con mucha rapidez cuando se enteraron.

6.0Las vistas al mar, estaba lejos, pero era bonita la vista. .
− El apartamento no estaba muy limpio. Detalles como escoba y recogedor rotos, cuando les pedí unos nuevos los enviaron enseguida. Faltaba una bombilla en una lámpara,la repusieron a los dos días. Hubo dos días de mucho viento y fue desagradable el ruido que se oía dentro. En la zona de la cocina del apartamento había muy poca luz
