− Abbiamo pagato per dei servizi, li hanno chiusi tutti per manutenzione per un giorno, sto parlando del bar ristorante e la sala di sopra con tavoli e sedie, abbiamo 3 figli e le nostre strutture in vacanza le abbiamo cercate per poter cenare al ristorante, le hanno chiuse per un intera giornata ed essendo un hotel fuori dal centro turistico abbiamo dovuto cenare da asporto, abbiamo mangiato sul pavimento della stanza, purtroppo il bimbo a macchiato il letto con il lenzuolo bianco, ci hanno fatto pagare là macchia. Mi sembra assurdo perché essendo lenzuola bianche un giro in lavatrice vengono via subito perché non sono macchie permanenti e 2 se avessero avuto qualcosa di aperto o ristorante o tavoli al ultimo piano avremmo potuto mangiare dignitosamente. Mai più, scorretti perché è stata causa loro se abbiamo dovuto cenare in camera, l’ho fatto presente e mi hanno sorriso e chiesto scusa, mi chiedo scusa per cosa

10.0Great hotel for good price. They organised a late massage for me, fast in my room for good price. Also an express laundry over night. The staff people were kind and helpful.
