Overall a great hotel and priceworthy.
8.0Great facility close to the ocean and the room was clean and comfortable.
− Corridor could be cleaner. Some personell need service-training and were talking with eachother instead of looking out for the guests. But most of them was great and helpful.

Goed gelegen hotel in hartje Kuta
7.0Prima hotel, op loopafstand van het centrum (2 minuten en dan begint de lange 'winkel' straat) én van het openbare strand. Het hotel heeft een beachclub waar je gebruik van kan maken (Mandalika beach club). Deze is wel wat verder lopen (20 minuten) maar de moeite waard. Lekker zwembad en ligbedden aan het strand. Kamer was niet heel groot maar had alles wat je nodig hebt. Duurde wel heel lang voordat water van de douche warm werd. Personeel is vriendelijk en ze helpen je graag. Ontbijt is goed, Aziatisch maar ook met verse wafels, pannekoekjes of eitjes.
− De kamer was niet schoon, beddengoed en handdoeken wel maar er zaten plakkerige vlekken op de vloer. De douche heeft alleen een vaste douchekop, geen losse en dus ook niet in hoogte verstelbaar. Er is weinig plek in de ontbijtruimte waardoor je buiten moet zitten.
