9.0La grandeurs de l’appartement et son emplacement. La vue que l’on a depuis le balcon ou la cuisine. La grde cuisine. Le garage souterrain. La literie est confortable. L’endroit est calme.
− Quelques réparations à faire (prise électrique de la petite sdb ainsi que ventilation défectueuses, grille-pain qui fait sauter les plombs) La place de parking est un peu difficile d’accès (parquage avec précaution et manœuvres)
