10.0This place is a hidden gem in a not so great part of Seattle. That being said the property was gated well lit and felt very safe. Our room was spotless, updated, and the bed pretty comfortable. Staff were friendly and the room was quiet. There is plenty of dining options close which was nice. I would stay here again because of the price and the above mentioned qualities.

10.0This place is a great little secret. I was concerned when I first booked it and concern. My first approached this property. The neighborhood is mediocre, but the ownership of this property has gone to beyond acceptable accommodations to provide a safe and comfortable hotel experience. There are no bells and whistles. It’s just a simple comfortable and friendly hotel. I will be staying here every time I come to the Seattle area. This will be my go to place.
