It met all my needs.
10.0No breakfast available, however, many options available all within a short walking distance...less than two blocks.
− The air conditioner was a bit loud.

2.0Location, lake view, and ease of entering room.
− Very dirty room: spider webs and spiders on ceiling, didn't use shower-dirty, bedspread had questionable stains on it, and the room was extremely loud due to the air conditioning units. It was like there were two units and the one would kick on just as trying to sleep, which would wake you up.
The location and views were lovely. But more like clamping than a clean updated motel.
1.0The location is Beautiful. Views amazing. Nice deck.
− Very dirty rooms. Spider webs under bed. Dozens of bugs on the window seal! Mold in the shower. Very outdated. Hard to check in. No wash rags. Had to go buy bug spray and disinfectant spray.
I would never stay at this place again. Very disappointed.
2.0I liked that it was close to all the bars walking distance. It was nice view of the lake. Nice deck.
− The room was disgusting very very dirty. Bugs everywhere. The walls were black. Shower was dirty. Everything about the room was dirty. TV didn't work. Parking was a nightmare. The spots are so tiny and we had to find parking on the street. The pictures advertised for what the rooms were suppose to look nothing like what we got. I took pictures of everything because nobody would believe me if I told them everything.
It was enjoyable and we would stay here again
