7.0L'hôtel est très joli, les chambres sont confortables, le cadre est agréable et le personnel est globalement souriant et serviable.
− En revanche, plusieurs points m'ont déçue. À notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près d'une heure avant de pouvoir accéder à notre chambre. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé un léger late check-out pour compenser ce retard, mais aucun geste commercial n'a été accordé. Autre déception : j'avais payé pour une chambre avec vue jardin, mais la chambre attribuée donnait sur un espace intérieur, sans véritable vue. J'ai signalé le problème à la réception, mais aucune solution ne m'a été proposée. On m'a même laissé entendre que j'avais bénéficié d'un surclassement, alors qu'il s'agissait simplement de la catégorie de chambre inférieure a celle que j'avais déjà réservée et payée. C'est dommage, car avec un meilleur sens du service client et une gestion plus commerciale de ces situations, l'expérience aurait été excellente.

Relaxing babymoon escape
9.0We came here for a babymoon and we informed in our pre-arrival form, and they surprised us with this very cute setup for us!! We enjoyed our stay, there was a good gym, the pool was relaxing and the facilities and amenities in the room were great. The staff went above and beyond to make us happy. They had a free shuttle bus that ran a few times a day back and forth, that could take us to 10min away into the town, so the very slight inconvenience of living not on the main strip of Ubud was totally fine.

10.0Bijzonder vriendelijk personeel, ruim zwembad en hele nette kamers. Een van de fijnste bedden waarin we hebben geslapen tijdens onze reis. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit.
