villa meravigliosa, tutta per voi, fornita di tutto in posizione fantastica - la vista che si gode su Porto Moniz è davvero mozzafiato - la comunicazione con chi gestisce la struttura è veloce ed efficace - l'alloggio è fornitissimo di qualunque cosa possa servire e se manca qualcosa, basta chiedere e viene fornito il giorno dopo - soggiorno / sala da pranzo fantastica - terrazzo favoloso con vista che vale la pena vivere - bagni belli conodi puliti molto funzionali - cucina fornitissima - camere letto ampie, spaziose, luninose - noi abbiamo trovato solo letti singoli, ma immagino che chiedendo si possano trasformare in letti matrimoniali - noi non abbiamo chiesto

− la strada per arrivare all'appartamento non è agevole - molto ripida con tornanti - sono solo 500/600m, ma non è una bella strada - poi sotto trovate il parcheggio villa molto molto isolata fuori dal centro abitato lontana da ogni altra abitazione - bisogna esserci abituati il piano terra affaccia direttamente sul terrazzo, molto popolato da simpatiche lucertole - capita sovente di trovarsi lucertole in giro per la cucina o nel soggiorno (basta lasciare aperto, le lucertole dopo un po' se ne vanno)

A large, comfortable house above Porto Moniz, on the northern tip of the island, is located like a cozy nest on top of the world.  A well-kept garden, a huge terrace overlooking natural pools, forests, winding roads, and the endless ocean and sky. Washing dishes this time was a reward for our teenagers because of the view that opened up.  The staff is very attentive. Communication is at the highest level.  A welcome gift on the table a basket with local sweets and wine is a gesture of personal attention and care. As is the delivery of several baskets of firewood for the fireplace!  The house is equipped with everything you need, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Completely secluded, yet secure and cozy. The view is stunning, making you gasp with delight every time you see it.  There is private parking and a very beautiful walking route right next to the house.   A fireplace in the evenings and the fresh ocean air. The starry sky and the rustling of palm trees. An amazing place.  There is a shop with everything you need and a bakery in the village nearby, if you don't feel like going downhill after a long day of walking!  We didn't need the TV. You could watch the view eternally! 

Stunning view, friendly hosts, but winter comfort needs improvement

The property has a very beautiful view, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The hosts were kind and welcoming, and communication with them was good.

− However, since we stayed in January, there were also some downsides. The rooms were quite cold and there was a lot of humidity, with visible mold in some areas. Unfortunately, the fireplace did not help much because the firewood we received was wet and difficult to use. Overall, the place has great potential, especially thanks to the view and the hosts, but it could use some improvements for winter stays.

Liela, ērta māja, ar izcilu skatu uz okeānu un lejā esošo pilsētu.

− Nobraukt uz māju vai izbraukt no tās varētu būt daļai autovadītāju neliels stress, bet nu, ja ir ļoti bail, tad vienmēr var atstāt kalna augšā. Bet nu māja, skats no tās noteikti ir tā vērts 🙂

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit einmaliger Aussicht

Das Haus ist ansonsten SUPER! Super Lage, super Aussicht auf Porto Moniz, sehr schön angelegtes und bepflanztes Grundstück mit geräumigem Haus. Außerdem eine kurze Fahrstrecke zu den Natural Pools von Porto Moniz, mehreren Supermärkten und Restaurants. Ganz Madeira ist wegen der vielen Tunnel von Porto Moniz aus gut zu erschließen. Zuletzt: Der Blick von der Terasse in ein grünes Tal, auf das blaue Meer, die bizarren Felsen - einfach fantastisch! Frühaufsteher können hier unglaubliche Sonnenaufgänge erleben.

− Der einzige Makel dieses Ferienhauses ist der leicht modrige Geruch. Liegt wahrscheinlich an der stets hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Aber: Die Vorteile überwiegen eindeutig.
