8.0The apartment is very spacious for 4 people, it is well equipped and furnished, and the view from the room is very beautiful. There is an underground parking lot which is very useful considering that in that area it is very difficult to find parking.
− The apartment has a generally musty smell, especially in one of the bathrooms. The water pressure was weak most of the time, and we found there were few towels (one small and one large per person for a week) and toilet paper. One of the bathroom outlets is not working.

3.0Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, es gibt eine Tiefgarage und einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht.
− Übler Gestank aus den Abflüssen, Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr niedrig, nur ein Handtuchhalter insgesamt Nach einer Beschwerde über den wirklich üblen Gestank ist ein Mitarbeiter gekommen und hat Abflussreiniger verteilt. Das hat leider gar nichts gebracht. Nach weiteren Beschwerden sagte man uns, dass sie den Gestank nicht riechen würden. Das haben wir als Frechheit empfunden. Es gab kein weiteres Entgegenkommen. Diese Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr ungemütlich gemacht und daher empfinden wir den Preis als absolut nicht angemessen.

10.0Úžasné je, že byt má 2 kúpeľne. Postele skvelé, kuchyňa dostatočne vybavená, byt prestranný a svetlý, okná dokonale tlmiace zvuky z vonku. Pri príchode sme dostali i uvítací darček, ktorý potešil.
− Počas celého pobytu nefungovala wifi, snáď sa im to už podalilo napraviť.
Comfortabel
9.0Het comfort van het appartement voor een gezin. Twee slaapkamers en mooi uitzicht. Ligt gunstig t.o.v. de luchthaven en van Funchal.
− De check-in. We kregen op de ochtend zelf, toen we in het vliegtuig zaten, te horen dat ze niet om 16:00 de check-in zouden doen maar om 18:45. We stonden als gezin met twee vermoeide kleine kinderen om 16:00 te wachten. Na veel bellen en frustratie wilden ze eerder komen omdat ze onze kinderen hoorden huilen. Ook de gehele portiek incl. woning was heel gehorig.
