6.0Sunset Acres is a really cute little motel with a nice room, but if you’re sensitive to cigarette smoke, this may not be the best choice. The smell was strong enough that I coughed until I fell asleep. Otherwise, it’s a charming spot, but the lingering smoke takes away from the comfort.

8.0It was a decent place for the price. It could use some updating. It smelled funny when you first walked in. We weren't sure if it was weed or cleaner? There was a mouse trap under the sink which was a bit nerving.....but we did not see any signs of mice. We would stay here again.
