− Nos esperando muito para fazer o checkin (mais de 2 horas). O banheiro deu problema com o vaso sanitário, que foi resolvido de maneira muito prestativa pelo gerente. Outra coisas que incomodou bastante foi o fato de eles não terem robôs para entregar os pedidos que recebemos, o que nos fazia esperar em torno de uns 20 ou 30 minutos para cada pedido chegar até o quarto
Wonderful Experience
10.0The food at both the breakfast and evening buffet was excellent. There was a wide choice and it was being freshly made and cooked to order. The service was impeccable. In the evening, the maitre d (who spoke perfect English) made a real effort to make me feel welcome, bringing freshly baked breads for me to try (including their specialty Szechuan spicy rolls) and ordering me the grilled lobster and dressed artichoke to the table. The views from the bar are wonderful and the cocktails delicious. The bedroom was immaculate and in a very good condition - very little wear and tear. The bed was extremely comfortable and the black out blinds and quiet room meant I slept very well. Other staff were also great - they were even accessible over WeChat when I was out during the day and helped me book the spa etc.
