8.0This was my second stay here. Hung the receptionist is a great guy. Very helpful, considerate and informative. The Breakfast was brilliant. Filling and delicious 😋. The rooms are Spacious and the Bathrooms too!!! Comfortable bed and very quiet - away from any busy areas in Sapa! Got some great rest and Sleep 💤🙂
− This time everything was fine except the Fridge did not work properly again. A problem I encountered previously along with 'flickering and noisy' lighting but this was ok on this occasion 👍. The location is perhaps a bit too far from the Main town for my liking but it is Very Peaceful!

7.0Breakfast is good! I really love the yogurt. The staff are accommodating and the location is so fantastic! Near to the Mountain Bar and Restaurant, Moana Cafe and walking distance to the Sun Plaza.
− The sink is broken. Water is spilling whenever I use it. Hairdryer is usable but anytime it might go broke. Bedsheets for both beds are dirty. :(
It was wonderful waking up to the views of the mountain range in Sapa. We can highly recommend booking a room with view

− The room was right above a busy street so it was always pretty noisy.
