10.0The room we stayed in was very clean, spacious, and bright. There were many options for breakfast, and was delicious and on time. Lily (owner) took the stress out of activity planning because she organized a local driver for us very quickly upon our arrival. We paid for laundry service which was extremely convenient, affordable, and timely. And most of all, she was super knowledgeable and made excellent activity recommendations considering our interests and the time we had. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Lily.

10.0This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh.

10.0Lily is an amazing host who runs her homestay seemlessly. She is also very knowledgeable and was helpful with providing us great suggestions in how to explore Ninh Binh. Our room and bed was comfortable which gave us good night's rest. Breakfast was also tasty and was served generously. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking for a quality stay when visiting Tam Coc, Ninh Binh!

10.0Our stay was incredible. The owner was so lovely and accommodating, making us homemade breakfasts in the morning (the crepes are 10/10!) She went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and modern, and there were free bikes to use which made exploring Tam Coc easy. The dog was also super cute!!
