− Das Personal war zwar immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings würde ich schon erwarten, das in so einem renommierten Hotel zumindest an der Rezeption in englischer Sprache kommuniziert werden kann. Dies war nur selten der Fall. Alles nur über eine Übersetzungs-App von Englisch auf Vietnamesisch zu machen, war etwas mühsam
