A wonderful stay in a beautiful location – we would happily come back again.
10.0The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and hiking trails. The host was friendly and communication was quick and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

10.0This is a wonderful hotel for large groups. We were 23 people in our group and it was perfect for that. Thi in the pool bar and Kate a reception were excellent an gave outstanding service every day.

10.0Everything was absolutely amazing! Every staff member we met during our stay did their job perfectly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service was truly 10/10 from everyone without exception. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The atmosphere, cleanliness, attention to detail, and level of hospitality were outstanding. This is by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at. We would gladly come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional experience.

6.0The breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices and is delicious. 24 hour buggy is nice. Extra amenities, e.g. B5 lotion, are quickly delivered. Efficient service.
− The swimming pools close too early at 7pm. We could hardly swim in daytime because of the scorching sun. Better to extend service hours in summer. Changing and shower rooms near the swimming pool had only shampoo, conditioner and body lotion., but no shower gel! Besides, when I was taking a shower, the light suddenly went out. I had no choice but to rinse myself in darkness!
