Beautiful food

Decent room and lovely to be on the water

− My honest review - - Before we got on the boat, I let them know it’s my husbands birthday the following week and to see if we could organise something as this was meant for his birthday (we weren’t going to spend the actual day together) but they were unwilling as it wasn’t the same day as the cruise. I would have been happy with something minor but they offered nothing - The main lady, Chi, wasn’t the best at hosting. I didn’t see her smile once and she was always about structure and organisation. I’m sure she’s very good at that but she wasn’t a great host at all. - Buffet lunch and breakfast/brunch was fairly average - and snacks were sub par. They all lacked some lustre. Multi course dinner was ok - would have been nice to have a menu. - Showerdrain doesn’t drain properly so full shower was wet and created slipping hazard - They kept saying drinks were buy 1 get 1 free - then when we went to pay they said it was buy 2 get 1 free. Very annoying as we weren’t going to drink if it wasn’t buy 1 get one free. Disappointing. If it really is buy 2 get 1 free, it should be written. - They also said tea and coffees were free, and then charged us for the tea. - Activities were sub par - I was excited for squid fishing, they set up the rod and light and then just handed us the rod and left. They obviously knew we weren’t going to catch anything when there was no one there to help nor a bucket. I only knew what to do as I asked, they didn’t tell anyone else. The beaches and caves were also over crowded and were prettt boring. They didn’t even give us enough time to really spend time on the beach or anything. - Transfers from Hanoi were expensive - Poor waiting room before and after leaving the boat. We should have a 5 star experience from the moment we are in your care, the air conditioning barely worked - Room was good, bathroom needs some deep grout cleaning. - No free water and very expensive .

Las vistas son maravillosas desde todo el barco, incluida la cama y el baño, todo con grandes cristaleras que son un lujo. La habitación y el baño son grandes y permiten estar muy cómodos. La tripulación es extremadamente atenta y encantadora, al menos con nosotros, Jack y Tommy en especial. Aunque es verdad que al no estar las bebidas incluidas te ofrecen para que consumas, en nuestro caso no nos sentimos presionados en ningún momento. La comida está muy bien, en especial el almuerzo al llegar y la cena, tanto en calidad como en cantidad. Está muy bien también que el barco sea de pocos pasajeros y te da una sensación más íntima y cómoda. Repetiríamos sin duda!

− Dentro de lo excepcional que fue todo, solo algunas opiniones por si sirven para mejorar aún más lo que ya es excelente. Para la gran calidad que tiene todo, nos pareció que el colchón no estaba a la altura, con una especie de cremallera en el medio que resultaba bastante incómoda. El espacio de baño en cubierta común para todos es bastante pequeño, en el que caben como mucho 6 personas a gusto. Está genial que sea el agua fresquita y con burbujas pero un poco más grande estaría mejor. En las excursiones se visitan los tres lugares más icónicos de la bahía y aunque lo vimos todo, nos dio la sensación de llevar un ritmo acelerado. Además, echamos en falta algo más de tiempo tranquilos en el barco para poder disfrutar de la habitación y su balcón con más tranquilidad disfrutando de esas maravillosas vistas, quizás echando dos noches en lugar de una se resuelve :)

Uovertrufne omgivelser i Ha Long Bay og Lan Ha Bay

Omgivelserne var intet mindre end fantastiske! Vi havde 2 overnatninger som gav os muligheden for at komme på dagstur med lille turbåd til Lan Ha Bay, hvilket vi ikke ville have været foruden; helt stille omgivelser, ingen turister, dejligt turpersonale, frokosten og udvalget af drikkevarer på turen var lækker. Kan klart anbefale 2 overnatninger. På hovedcruiset oplevede vi et meget servicemindet personale. Efter endt cruise hvor vi var taget videre med fly til anden destination i Vietnam opdagede vi at vi havde glemt bagage på cruisebåden. Personalet var super hjælpsomme og fik sendt vores bagage med fly til vores nye destination på rekordtid! Ekstraordinær god service!

− Vi kunne godt have ønsket os noget mere af maden og mocktails/cocktails.
