− Que la piscine ferme à 20h . Et que le personnel de la piscine attende devant vous pour que vous sortiez . Très irrespectueux pour un hôtel de ce standing et au prix qu'on paye la nuit

9.0Grand hotel du Lac is the perfect place to get a rest after a busy day in Hanoi. The staff goes above and beyond with their hospitality. They're always there to help you with everything you need. And the beds are perfect!
− The swmmingpool is nice but a bit smaller then the pictures.

10.0Tout!!!!! Ce fût un séjour merveilleux !!!! Tous les membres du personnel ont été extrêmement accueillants et aidants! Le restaurant de l’hôtel sert des plats délicieux et le petit déjeuner était un régal ! L’emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Hanoï.
