10.0Absolutely beautiful location that felt very serene and inviting. We loved the multiple pools and central areas, especially the beautifully kept gardens and flowers (thank you to all the gardeners!) The staff were excellent and went over and above to ensure our needs were looked after, particularly the manager who was extremely attentive and caring to our family, Khuyen, who went out of her way to help us with travel when were were having difficulties, and also Ni who was very kind. All of the staff including the bar and restaurant staff made a real effort with the children. This is a lovely place to stay. I hope we can come back!
− It's a little bit out of the centre however the hotel runs a shuttle bus to both the town centre and the beach (both around 10 minutes), which was great and made it very easy.

10.0Everything - the breakfast (except for the coffee) was lovely. The staff were super helpful and kind and really couldn’t do enough for us. The rooms were comfortable and clean and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was also incredibly clean. We used the hotel bikes daily and cycled into the village which was so nice and it was great to have use of the shuttle bus into the town in the evenings. Thank you so much!
− The coffee at breakfast was a little disappointing
