Good location. Fun decor. A kettle. Sufficiently stocked kitchenware

− Washing machine broken. Alternative downstairs worked but a nuisance and time consuming going up and down and moving housekeepers' laundry.

Nice well equipped flat in good location with a couple of issues needing attention.

The flat was in an excellent location. As the public transit in Victoria isn't very frequent, it was convenient to have accommodation in a location within walking distance of most activities. Equipment was mostly very good. Check in was mostly easy. There was a very nice little patio attached to this flat which would be nice on days when the weather is good. I would recommend this flat if the management attends to the issues I raise below.

− I encountered two issues. The first was when I arrived the room code didn't work. When I rang to enquire I was told this was because I hadn't paid. The problem was that I hadn't been sent a payment link in spite of having received a message saying I would. This issue was quite easily resolved because I was able to to make a phone call, but my phone battery has been causing me problems and if it had been flat I would've been in a bad situation. The second issue had to do with the washing machine, which wasn't working. I had received an email listing the advantages of the flat, which included praise of the washing machine but this promise was not fulfilled. It took quite a time to get a response to my messages about this problem and then it turned out the management already knew the washing machine was faulty. They provided an alternative for me, but the whole process was less than satisfactory.

Dirty room, no staff and no clear way to get a hold of anyone to clean it. The balcony had no view. The room we ended up getting was not the one in the pictures when I booked the room.

Really great apartment, central location. Was a bit noisy late at night but that didn’t bother us. Entry system fine once you work it out! Big light and airy space. Well resourced and stocked. Lovely rooftop terrace. Could do with a little bit of TLC: tap and plug a bit loose in bathroom, sofabed bedding was a littler worn, not all the outlets worked and the kitchen tap needs a new washer but generally it was a really great stay and we’d happily stay again!

Fun decor and everything needed for an enjoyable downtown stay. The rooftop view was great.
