10.0Owners son was still there waiting even though I was late for check-in. All information provided in advance. Mini fridge in common area for use but none in the room. Private bathroom was very nice to have. Clean and cozy.

4.0I was surprised to find a cleaning fee that only appeared on the receipt. It would be helpful if all fees were shown upfront or included in the amount quoted by Expedia. Unfortunately, the property was not very clean. There was hair and mold in the bathroom. When guests are paying extra for cleaning, a higher standard should be expected.
